mattress reviewsI know you get it, sleep is important.  But do you know how important it is?  Do you really know how much of an impact a great night’s sleep can impact your day?  Your week?  Your energy levels?  Your lifespan?

Flash forward to the mattress.  You spend nearly a third of your life on this thing, but the fact of the matter is that you probably haven’t thought much about it.  You really should, just because this is your life.  What I did is research the best saatva mattress review and went from there.  I knew that I wanted to buy a Saatva luxury firm mattress online, but I didn’t know which one I should buy.  I went to the internet, searching for all the mattress reviews that I could to understand how I sleep and what exactly I should be looking for.

Turns out that comfort isn’t the only thing you should be thinking about, but also support as well.  This is absolutely essential for figuring out whether you’re going to invest in a pillow top as well.  Mattresses are not one size fits all either, so you shouldn’t just get a king because your bedroom can fit it.  You need to be able to understand your sleep cycles and how this impacts the type of mattress you should buy.

You should also find a company that really can help you better understand your own needs.  I think that SAATVA customer service is the best around, so I feel comfortable going through the process with them, even more comfortable than just going to a regular mattress store and trying it out.  Sure buying a mattress or other things like pillows is an experience, but if you are buying from someone you trust, it isn’t necessarily a requirement for you to actually sit on the mattress or rest your head on the pillow yourself.  Just look for a company with a good return policy.

Good luck!  And here’s one last Saatva mattress review to help with the decision making process.

Ladies watch out!

This guy might have enough game to get you

Women you need to be careful, watch out, and here what I’m going to say. There are men out there that are gaming the system. What system you may ask? The system that society has agreed upon that allows better men to sleep with better women. They are cheating the system, and they’re doing it by refining their game to be optimal.

What do I mean refining game? I mean mind tricks, treating you just a certain way, dressing a certain way, saying certain things, to make you sleep with them. I know, that sounds crazy, like you would never fall victim to such a man. But the fact is, the tricks do work, and a guy improving his game significantly impacts the probability of him sleeping with you.

Guys are out there learning how to be an alpha male. How to pick up women at the flick of their wrist. How to woo you so hard that you don’t know what hit you, until they take you back home and meet their one night goal.  Do NOT let this happen to you.

The thing to remember is that these guys are out there reading blogs, watching videos, reading books, and practice practice practice.  They are refining their pathetic gifts into something meaningful, so you girls need to do the same.  Refine your rejection craft so that you can only find sincere, nice, and genuine guys that want to treat you well for more than just a few hours.

I’m writing this piece to encourage you to do better.  Get out there and make your way!  Go read your own blogs, go find your own literature, get on forums and share tips.  Don’t fall victim to these cess pools we call males.

I’m always happy to help and give advice, so let me know what you think and share the wisdom!  If we all work together, hopefully we can avoid ending up like guys in the picture (blahggggh).

ptcb-practice-testA Career As a Pharmacy Technician

A career in pharmacy gives you the chance to be a part of one of the fastest growing fields in health care. Pharmacy technicians work closely with pharmacists to help ensure that patients have the medications that they need. Listed below are just some of the resources you can find on our website.

  • Learn about the profession
  • Find a training program
  • Consider job possibilities
  • How to get hired
  • Prepare for your first job
  • Become certified
  • Access practice resources

My role as a pharmacy technician is very important to patient care because I am the support team behind the pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nurses, doctors, respiratory team, physical therapy team, and ambulance drivers to name a few. Anything that I can do to make another healthcare worker’s job easier or relieve some of their duties will have a direct impact on patient care. Medications touch the entire healthcare process. Having the right drug at the right time for the right patient is essential to patients getting well.

Becoming a pharmacy technician usually requires earning a high school diploma. Some states also require completing a formal training program and passing an exam. Pharmacy technicians work in pharmacies, including those found in grocery and drug stores, and in hospitals. Most work full time, but many work part time.Pharmacy technicians help licensed pharmacists dispense prescription medication.

Dispensing correct medication is a prime responsibility of any pharmacy. To ensure that every individual gets exactly what the doctor ordered, pharmacists rely on qualified Pharmacy Technicians. Our pharmacy technician education program is designed to train you to work alongside pharmacists preparing medications and ensuring accuracy of prescriptions.

CPhT is the abbreviation for Certified Pharmacy Technician. The CPhT works directly under a pharmacist, R.Ph or a PharmD. (An R.Ph is a Registered Pharmacist, who is a licensed pharmacist in that state and may have either a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a Pharm.D. A Pharm.D. is the Doctorate degree of Pharmacy, or Doctor of Pharmacy). The profession has different educational and certification requirements in different locales, set by each state’s Board of Pharmacy. For example, in order to remain licensed, all Illinois pharmacy technicians hired on Jan 1, 2008 (and after) will need to be certified within 2 years of registration with the Division of Professional Regulation.

Job duties include dispensing prescription drugs and other medical devices to patients and instructing on their use. Pharmacy Technicians talk to a patient about their medications. They may also perform administrative duties in pharmaceutical practice, such as reviewing prescription requests with doctor’s offices and insurance companies to ensure correct medications are provided and payment is received. In recent times, they also speak directly with the patients on the phone to aid in the awareness of taking medications on time.

The Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE) samples your knowledge and skill base for activities performed in the work of pharmacy technicians. Each ptcb practice test question is carefully written, referenced, and validated to determine its accuracy and correctness. The Certification Council and Pharmacy Technician Resource Panel (composed of pharmacists, CPhTs, and pharmacy technician educators drawn from various practice settings and geographic areas) have developed the actual test items under the direction of PES testing experts. In addition, the content framework of the entire examination is supported by a nationwide study of the work pharmacy technicians perform in a variety of practice settings including community and institutional pharmacies.
